+ EMEA projects management for pharmaceutical production within Baxter EMEA plant + Design, project management and qualification of greenfield cGMP production facility + CAPEX definition + Budgeting and time planning + Negotiation and Supplier management + Support of EMEA plants on projects related to facilities, utilities and energy saving

+ Manager of 3 teams (EHS, Maintenance and Engineering) of over 40 staff + Ensured budgets were met and targets were achieved in a timely and efficient manner + Define and monitor plant metrics in Safety, Environment, project and maintenance + Deployment of the Corporate objectives + Implementation of EMS (lean enterprise management system) + Manager of engineering budget (from 5 to 9M€ per year) with a focus on V.I.P. projects (value improvement)
