Technical lead for major customers. Responsible to take care of keeping the customer satisfaction up high, which implies excellent knowledge of a customer infrastrucure, ongoing projects, open/closed/old issues and making sure our internal support takes very good care of him.

Third level support for LAN, WAN, WIFI, VoIP for Nestlé Europe in the ITSM. Involved in international projects, connection of new acquired companies, debugging, mainly operational work. Also involved in dealing with local and international, i.e BT, providers.

Pre-sale technical support, design of complex LAN, WAN, WIFI, VoIP, solutions for Swiss and international customers

Pre and post sale activities for international projects in Europe, Asia, Africa, North and South America. Development of complex projects with the customer, documentation and feasibility study in our Team of experts DRB, Design Review Board, deployment and migration. Team leader. Project based mainly on Cisco equipments.

Responsible for all the HQ external connectivity: WAN, internet, special applications; Reuters, Bloomberg. The following Equipments: Cisco, Nortel, and IBM Token-Ring. 700 travelling users connectivity, security and other related aspects. Involved in many projects : Engineering and deployment of the new Vevey MAN architecture, migration from Nortel to Cisco, Connection and Integration of newly acquired companies, i.e. Pet food, on the Nestlé network. Excellent experience in dealing with providers.

Field engineer support for LAN/WAN activities for the following technologies: Cisco, LanFax, Newbridge, Novell, LAN networks: Ethernet, Token-Ring Manufacturer and WAN X.25, HDLC, ISDN. Intensive use of a Sniffer, for LAN and WAN connections; Ethernet, Token Ring, OSPF, EIGRP, etc.
