Responsible for overseeing 8 locations with 600 apartments across Germany, driving operational excellence, ensuring seamless performance throughout the organization and responsible for 10 Operations Manager. Furthermore this role includes managing all new openings, leading the Guest Experience Team to enhance the highest guest satisfaction and to be part of the leadership board, which is responsible for strategic development initiatives that support growth and strengthen the company’s market presence.

Responsible for the successful opening and operational management of STAYERY Bielefeld, which includes 126 apartments and responsible for 5 employees. Focused on the strategic development and continuous enhancement of the operational business model to ensure a seamless guest experience while driving growth and efficiency.

Co-founded LITOSO.de together with Benjamin Chée. LITOSO is our first joint e-commerce project, which offers premium accessories. Our first two products are the PEN UNO by ENSSO, a beautifully designed aluminium pen, and the MuConnect adapter, which charges your phone up to 2x faster.
