Leading the commercial events team with 8 Event Managers. Setting up the team including hiring team members & defining responsibilities. Defining OKRs & KPIs. Responsible for a yearly budget & revenue goal forecasting. Conceptualizing & staging 180 events per year. Process Management: Streamlining event processes with crossover functions to other departments within the Factory Berlin. Developing the concept of events programming. Implementing new Sales Funnel Tool and Event software.
