Led the Business Consulting division, focusing on digital client enablement, project management, and product ownership. Acted as a key interface between institutional clients and internal product and operations teams, ensuring seamless delivery and scalable support models.

Supported clients in OMS & PMS process optimization, with a focus on middle- and back-office integration. Managed technical projects and drove the automation of complex workflows in regulated environments.
