Agile QA tester for 8 developers running both manual & automation tests using WebdriverJS and Mocha testing framework.

I hold a test position in an Agile development team providing QA services to 5 developers for two week sprints including QA effort estimation, test case creation and execution. I have created automated regression test pack for web applications using C#, Cucumber SpecFlow & Selenium WebDriver in Visual Studio.

Test Lead/Senior Test Analyst over a team of 7 analysts. I ensured that all team members were aware of what was expected to be delivered on a daily basis and ensured that they worked in a manner to optimise their time. I ensured that all team members had the the business knowledge and resources required in order that test coverage was completed in a timely manner. I delegated mentoring duties to senior test analysts to ensure junior test analysts were contributing to test team effort.

After communicating with the business to define business process I defined the test requirements and mapped against business process. After presenting test requirements to the business we completed the task of prioritizing high impact business processes.

As Senior Test Analyst on a team of 5 people I provided technical support to junior engineers in troubleshooting problems requiring more technical and product knowledge. I also developed test tools fusing perl for providing test data help reducing manual testing process by 25%.
