- PL/SQL scripts to define commercial-offers (rateplans, services, promotions, tariffs) and to generate reports. - Technical support on-site for Mobicom billing team, providing maintenance fixes, analysis and solutions for new requirements. - Assistance in preparing and running billing and rating chains. - Deploy the release of software and configuration changes. - Install BSCS billing system partial shipments. - Perform unitary acceptance tests / end to end tests

- Front-office technical support on rating, billing and customer care. - PL/SQL scripts in order to correct data migration inconsistencies. - Bills simulation, correction, validation and generation. - Tutorials for customer care actions.

- Non Standard and Usage Data Records tables analysis, specification and migration from BSCS v5 to BSCS iX R2 using ETL jobs and - PL/SQL scripts. - User-access analysis, specifications and migration using ETL jobs and PL/SQL scripts. - Data Migration simulations and final migration to production from BSCS v5 to BSCS iX.

- BSCS billing system installation using LHS shipment. - 1 week on-site support in Belarus, Minsk for Best project. - Billing, rating and customer care validation and configuration tests. - PL/SQL scripts to define commercial-offers (rateplans, services), retrieve and manipulate data for analysis and reports.
