Responsible for Overall system infrastructure & platforms including servers, Networks, Storage/Caches to provide Application services , Internet, WAP/SMS for European Mobile phone Service providers. Full project lifecycle from Boardroom proposal through development /deployment of Platform & Infrastructure. Working with client from initial scoping, validation through implementation in conjunction with external vendors, & vendor application sizing specialists.

Responsible for complete project life cycle of Distributed UK Email & Controlled Internet access (Walled Gardenservice for Telewest Cable TV customers. Ensuring that the Technical solution meets the clients' requirements, collaborating with client and other stakeholders, planning implementation in UK Data Centres and ensuring that implementation meets cost, quality & time deadlines. Collaboration with solution Vendors & stakeholders to achive objectives.
