At NCR specialised in UNIX, moving to the support engineering team, responsible for SCO and finally INTEL Solaris, where worked with the development team in Copenhagen. As UNIX instructor taught customer courses both at the Glattbrugg teaching facility, and on-site for example in Lublin for the Polish national bank. After receiving offer to move into networking field from AT&T, took equivalent position in NCR qualified as CCNA, and mentored the new engineers coming into the team.

Responsible for effective support of products as they come on-line. Relationship management between external developers and internal developers, training of field personnel, training of Helpdesk. Officially working in Helpdesk team, reporting directly to the Department head.

Started as trainee operator in MVS/VM Operations. Moved into Operator / Shift leader /Analyst / Senior network controller positions during employment.
