My duties included performing keyword research, building links, monitoring traffic and search results. As well as, identifying gaps in the company’s website and content. Completing an internship at a start-up gave me a wonderful opportunity to gain experiences across all areas of digital marketing. I had the opportunity to contribute to the development of dGen's Ambassadors and Partnership program, along with, contributing to email outreach, lead generation, public relations and business development.

The internship contained working on both: the website (on-page SEO) as well as outreaching and building links (off-page SEO). My responsibilities included analyzing and identifying gaps in website content, performing keyword research, building links and creating SEO content.

A team member on Boeing Classic and Airbus 320. The main responsibilities include: - Ensuring safety on the aircraft while following all the safety procedures - Providing excellent customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations - Using problem-solving skills on a daily basis to manage unpredictable situations - Maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times to positively represent the airline

Managing compensation claims in full: starting with a client application, gathering information, analyzing and assessing the claim, communicating with clients/airlines/lawyers, etc. Handling the process from submitting the claim to the airline responsible for the disrupted flight to giving the final verdict for the client. Since I was appointed to the 'Bad Airlines' team, I was dealing with especially stubborn airlines which required a lot of patience and dedication to each claim.

As a cabin crew member I was responsible to provide excellent customer service to passengers while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the flight. I was trained to deal with security and emergency situations which may arise and can administer first aid to passengers.

Main responsibilities: - representing the brand (being brand's ambassador) - building brand's distribution and ensuring visibility - helping with Red Bull events in Lithuania - searching for the right consumers at the right place
