I support the team in the Franchise Marketing activities. My tasks include: _ Updates of the promotional materials & training presentations in collaboration with other regulatory teams to ensure the compliance with current guidelines. _ Involvement in NPI of 2 product groups: I collaborate with the regional marketing to generate forecasts and align with Supply Chain. _ Product maintenance processes: I participate in creating short- & long-term logistic solution on ca. 2000 items.

As an active committee member of the Life Science Postdoc Association I organised 15 workshops and educative events. My tasks included: _ planning and implementing of the meeting’s agenda _ identifying and recruitment of speakers _ preparation of the event's content _ venue selection and organisation of logistics _ preparation of meeting materials and marketing communications: posters, presentations, screen broadcasts, webpage updates, flyers) _ participant registration _ post-event evaluation
