As a research fellow, I've used data science, optimization & simulation to solve real-world problems in resource planning. My work includes analyzing large data sets, applying statistical methods for better decision-making, and using mathematical optimization techniques like multi-objective mixed integer linear programming. I've also applied simulation to validate strategies under various scenarios. My expertise has contributed to more efficient and sustainable resource management practices.

As a Mechanical Engineer at a project office focused on hydroelectric power plants, I contributed to two major projects and gained valuable experience in technical writing and project management. I developed technical documents and applied industry standards like ASME, DIN, and ISO to ensure accuracy. My work helped successfully complete the executive project for Belo Monte Hydroelectric Plant (11,233 MW) and the modernization project of Chavantes Hydroelectric Plant (414 MW).

During my internship in the cost department, I evaluated projects at various planning levels and prepared analysis and valuation reports to determine reference prices for procurement and bidding. I also played a key role in supporting negotiation efforts, successfully achieving reductions of up to US$150,000.00 in accordance with contracts. My effective communication and negotiation skills contributed significantly to reducing unnecessary costs.

As a Lathe Operator, I oversaw part production for filling, sealing, and labeling machines in the beverage and pharmaceutical sectors. I contributed to new part designs, collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes, and ensured the timely delivery of high-quality parts. I demonstrated a strong commitment to quality and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.

Starting my career as an apprentice, I gained expertise and became a skilled Toolmaker after completing the General Mechanics course. I made significant contributions to the company's operations by reducing idle time and providing technical guidance on new stamping molds. With a dedication to precision, quality control, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, I consistently delivered excellent results and took on additional responsibilities whenever needed.
