During the monthly closing cycle, I provide maintenance of the closing reports with multiple sources of data for more than 350 users. I develop ad hoc dashboards and reports and analyze complex financial data. I implement automation procedures with MS Power BI, and I provide support of the cross-functional teams and stakeholders for operational topics, including data quality issues resolution. To complete these tasks I use the following tools: MS Power BI, Tableau, Oracle BI, Finance Data Lake, Alteryx.

As an FP&A analyst, I worked closely with the Base cost planning and analysis, analyzing data from SAP and Hyperion and creating reports. I implemented an HR-related project by correcting and optimizing the allocation of the employees' costs. I managed the monthly closing process, making sure all the necessary entries are made, also providing assistance with data-related issues and requests. Besides that, I focused on continuous improvement of all the processes to reduce the non-value adding activities.

In Starr International, I focused on a financial and market analysis, management of the regular reports for the head office and maintenance of the investment portfolio in Moscow (over 100’000 sq.m of the office space). I have analyzed a great number of different investment projects, providing senior management with overviews of investment opportunities, which included investment memoranda, cash flow models, due diligence documents and various reports and presentations.

I started my career with market analysis and strategic consulting in Knight Frank. Within the company, I focused on market analysis, consulting, and financial analysis of the investment projects. I managed a team of two junior consultants.
