Led full carve-out from EDG, building standalone functions within 12 months. Delivered SAP S/4HANA and Personio implementation on time and budget. Introduced KPI steering, outsourced payroll, led M&A integrations, and optimized IT/service contracts for cost and performance.

Led a team of 8 finance professionals in controlling and analytics. Implemented Power BI across all reporting layers, reducing cycle time by 60% and enabling self-service for 50+ stakeholders. Developed Power Apps budgeting tools, cutting planning time by 50%. Owned €160M budgeting process, built KPI frameworks, supported carve-out due diligence, and drove digitalisation across functions.

Provided interim Finance leadership to a family office. Managed monthly reporting, P&L and variance analysis, budgeting, rolling forecasts, cash-flow forecasting and liquidity planning. Improved transparency and structure across recurring Finance activities while completing advanced qualifications in SAP FI/CO and Finance.

Business Controller for Retail & B2C, OPEX and CAPEX in a pan-European energy group. Built cost-centre accounting and reporting structures for the German entity, supported IFRS monthly and annual closes, prepared forecasts and investment appraisals, acted as Finance SME for the JD Edwards/Oracle implementation and contributed to internal audits across Europe.

Location Controller for an oilseed-processing plant in a global agricultural commodities group. Managed monthly and annual closing under HGB, performed market valuation of raw-material inventories and open contracts, prepared financial analyses for plant management and acted as the main Finance contact for external auditors.

International Project Manager for the rollout of a derivatives trading and risk-management platform across seven countries. Translated business, Finance, Trading and Risk requirements into system specifications, coordinated process design, testing, implementation and training, and managed budgets, timelines and senior stakeholders across Europe and Asia.

Financial Controller for ADM’s Ukrainian subsidiary in Kyiv. Managed monthly and annual closing, prepared reporting and analyses for local and regional management, oversaw investment controlling for a new grain-silo project, supported financial planning and cost control, and contributed to internal audits across Ukraine.

Completed an interdisciplinary trainee programme and subsequent assignments across Finance, Commodity Trading, Risk Management and Operations. Built a broad understanding of financial and operational value drivers, commodity trading and risk-control processes, and developed the cross-functional foundation for later international Finance and transformation roles.
