International development assignment at “John Deere Waterloo Works”, USA. Completed several cross functional projects at different facilities: FMEA revision, Hydraulic and Electrical process quality audits, deployment of the End-of-Line testing processes at final assembly line, solving (including error-proofing) of the systemic quality issues, etc.

Played a leading role in development, foundation and maintaining of Quality Management System on Tractor production line: developing of the Quality procedures and instructions, employee training, performing of the internal product and process audits, deployment of SAP QM system on the "John Deere Domodedovo" factory. Solving of the quality problems acquired during components transportation, assembly process and warranty.

“GM-AVTOVAZ”, Russia. Solving of the quality problems at the final assembly line and in warranty (electrical equipment, HVAC systems, lightning equipment): root cause analysis, development and implementing of corrective actions. Support of the engineering change management, product trial runs, internal product audits, PPAP, etc.

Electromagnetic compatibility tests of an electric and electronic components of the car. Installation, set-up and usage of the different test equipment for car tests (dynamometrical roller stands, robot-driver, variety of the measurement equipment). Certification and homologation tests of the car.
