Lead the evaluation, structural enabler Improvement and virtual verification of vehicle safety performance for ICE variants for India market, throughout the product development phase. Participate in Product development tests at ARAI/ In-house along with homologation and Systems team. Perform Test to CAE correlation.

• Evaluation of safety structural and Pedestrian protection performance for crash and safety performance requirement. Enabler improvement studies, Test to CAE correlation of Jeep Products for NAFTA market • Chrysler Technical Centre, Auburn Hills, MI, USA (Dec 2010 – May 2011, Pedestrian protection Virtual assessment and test to CAE correlation.

Evaluate vehicle performance for Regulatory compliance (FMVSS). Performed CAE evaluation according to FMVSS208, FMVSS301, FMVSS214, FMVSS581 and CMVSS215 standards. Evaluate vehicle for Third party rating. Performed CAE evaluation based on IIHS & Euro NCAP protocols (IIHS front ODB, Euro NCAP front ODB). Evaluate Vehicle for Pedestrian Protection according to ECE Regulation & Euro NCAP Protocol, correlate CAE with test results, evaluate the scores for the same and suggest enablers to improve scores.

Perform geometry data check, Prepare Query sheet and get it resolved with the on-site liaison engineer. • Segregate geometry and allocate work to team members for meshing according to crash guidelines. • Perform quality check and assemble the whole vehicle model for delivery.
