Program Management for friction-optimized bearing development project together with development of new simulation and test methodologies. Definition of project targets. Leading a project team, task delegation and definition of priorities throughout the whole development process. Responsible for planning, control and supervision of projects with regards to costs, time and resources. Representation of projects in internal and external events.​ Regular reporting to top management.​

Product development in passenger and commercial vehicle business. Responsible for development projects, completion of generic validation, driving product improvement and issues resolution, technical support of application engineers and end customers, standardization of components used in the turbochargers, completion and maintenance of product documentation.

Work on master's thesis, named Analysis of Škoda Automobile Roof Racks. Cooperation with specialized departments of technical research: technical computations TKV/6, acoustic analyses TZ/3, dynamic test-room TZD/2, test-room TKS, technical computations and aerodynamics TF/1.
