• Analytical support to Group Management (business decision support) with focus on impact of all new pricing strategies on group’s margins • Analytical support to Country Managers (Sales) in all pricing requests • Coordination of new, post-merger, pricing strategies within the Group • Management and administration of all pricing tools and data in SAP • First contact person in case of any system issues and malfunctions

• Daily, weekly and monthly management reporting • Support in month- and year-end closes, including analysis • Annual sales force budgeting • Analytical support to Regional Heads of Sales

• Analytical support to CEO - focus on company’s key value drivers • Development and implementation of IT-cost-controlling tools • Development and implementation of KPI system for customer service • Daily support to Head of Accounting (account payables, payroll, etc)

• Daily, weekly and monthly sales controlling • Management reporting to HQ in Hong Kong • Support in month- and year-end flashes and closes, including analysis • Streamlining of reporting processes and improvement of procedures • FP&A support to CEO and other departments (sales, purchasing, etc.) • Financial modeling for new openings, store lease renewals or closures • Lease pool management

• development of standardized company valuation model (DCF and Multiplier Method) • valuations of Group’s companies for restructuring projects and annual impairment testing • development of a pricing model for internal loans based on borrowers’ credit ratings, • analysis of Group’s local profitability under Management Fee and Brand Name and IT Royalty structure • further financial analyses for financial and operational optimization.

• development and implementation of Global Transfer Pricing Documentation Process (financial analyst role in a team of tax experts), • TP risk identification and management • development of valuation models for operating businesses and intellectual property • internal TP consulting, coaching and controlling.
