My main priorities were: • Coordinating the relocation for the new offices; • Designing and implemented an incentive operational output benefit program ( based on individual results and the company as a whole); • Revising all the business processes, creating financial control tools and benchmarks, based on a continuous improved quality methodology •Opening new indispensable and complementary areas of business

Coordinated and supervised the IT development and implementation of the CRM and Operational Software; • Developed and implemented Management and Operational control tools; • Conducted monthly report meetings with the Board, using guidelines to review and evaluate the Company's business operations (Turnover, Projected Sales, Corrective Decisions and Plan of Action, Cost Reduction strategies, Capital Expenditure and Strategic Growth); Agressive Sales/Market Share growth strategy

Started the company with the conversion of an ex-Purchase Bureau of a Group of Companies. Created the different Departments and job positions. Hired the Sales Force and established the Objectives. Opened 2 new areas of business (Printing and Merchandising).

Was responsible for managing all the Financial areas of the Business, along with Back Office, Purchases and Human Resources

Stock Markets Department, Credit Analysis Department, Large Corporation Department, International Officer (International Department), Corporate Banking Officer (Corporate Banking Department).
