Responsibilities: - Manage communication flow between customer, sales organization, and the factory. - Single point of contact for assigned customers. - Manage key customer relationships within region in order to provide high level of service. - Develop and present technical presentations for design reviews and technology updates. - Screen and coordinate pre-sale application and product inquiries. - Provide written proposals to support quotes for complex, high value projects.
