Merger of the two departments Value Chain Management & Operational Excellence and Production Engineering. 14 direct reports, total team size ca. 100 employees - Industrialisation: Responsibility for holistic project management of industrialisation projects incl. site selection, assembly & manufacturing technology and logistic concepts - Operational Excellence: Program management for all lean management activities of the group division Turbo with annual savings of >19 MEUR

Supporting with operational and strategic tasks as well as global projects and initiatives. • Preparation of decision papers as well as stakeholder-specific presentations and speeches • Analysis, evaluation and preparation of market-, competition- and production data • Participation in committee meetings and appointments as well as their preparation and follow-up • Participation in M&A activities, in particular the evaluation of potential acquisition targets

18-month Programm with three systematically interlinked assignments, one of them abroad. The aim is to get to know Voith in detail and develop a deep understanding of the Voith Group’s business. Project controlling within the grid extension project “Mittelachse Schleswig Holstein”; invest volume roughly 800 m€ • Independent execution of extensive commercial analyses and preparation of the results for the competent bodies. • Implementation of projects to adapt commercial project standards to new corporate guidelines

Planning and sales operations at Grundig, the German consumer and home appliances brand of Arçelik (4.6 billion € sales, 25,000 employees) e.g. • Analysis and optimization of the SAP-based procurement-process in coordination with the production site in Turkey. • Implementing an automated order-process (auto-replenishment) for one of the key accounts in coordination with the key account management.
