Quality engineer supporting the projects (mostly SW skill) in implementation, tailoring and maintaining the processes. Performs System and Software Quality audits, Quality control of Work products, Review of documents and Delivery checking. Drive Problem solving, Lessons Learned and Improvement projects.

Manage and lead the Quality department. Proactive co-operation with all other departments in achieving the company objectives. Supervision of the internal laboratories. Lead improvement projects in the plant. Report to the Plant Manager and to the Group Directors. Organize to support achieving and maintaining TS16949, ISO14001, and other industry specific quality registrations. Interface with Customers.

Support to cross-functional development teams through concept initiation, design and development, prototyping, manufacturing and product launch as Quality responsible in the development team. Ensure on site level business requirements within the qualification and reliability lab. Qualify and maintain a range of wafer fab and package technologies required by the business.
