Accountable for the following Wealth Management UK deliverables: • Service delivery within SLA and with expected KPIs • Design and operational effectiveness of Key Process Controls • Oversight and remediation of ORIs • Engagement in a number of projects from back-end user perspective • Creation of an inclusive work environment

Responsible for Trade Finance tasks as follows: • Alignment of processes and procedures between onshore and nearshore locations • Service compliance with internal acts & external regulatory framework • Making sure service is provided in a timely manner and with accuracy • Reporting to management and stakeholders on performance, projects and initiatives

Managing contractual relationships between parties engaged in Trade Finance including: • Technical support and guidance to the customer base (internal / external) • End-to-end handling of a range of Trade Finance products and services • Reviewing, vetting and drafting letters of credit, guarantees and SBLCs • Advisory services for cost estimation

Responsible for client lifecycle management in relation to: • Range of products and services such as loans, payment cards, guarantees, letters of credits, bill of exchange discounting, purchase of receivables, factoring • Product facility setup within the core banking system • Documents creation and management • Contractual covenants check and collateral management • Funds disbursement and repayment
