Promoted from within to have full P&L responsibility for North American subsidiary of Tytex Group. The company needed strategic leadership within sales, marketing, manufacturing and IT to ensure acceptable return on activities. The subsidiary ran a full production process across the whole value chain.

Lead the establishment of export sales of selected fashion products into European markets.
