Engagement and relationship management of EMEA clients, finding ways to boost their mobile-data & value-added-service revenues and upsell additional Wmode services. Find new clients for Wmode's outsourced mobile content/mobile-internet portal & VAS services in EMEA. Identify, target and approach potential clients.

Define international expansion plans for Jamba/Jamster. Manage rollout of Jamba B2C services (eg VAS like games, ringtones, videos) in new countries. Setup/refine new country launch processes.

Responsible for managing Product Development and Lifecycle roadmap, including marketing-activities to increase awareness of Product/Services. Also responsible for rolling out initiatives to improve effectiveness & management approaches of Dept. Analysed impact of prospective 3G/UMTS launch on Orange. Program-managed 2.5G product launches coordinating numerous projects & defining customer proposition/go-to-market plans for MMS and other mobile multimedia products.
