• Team supervisor for the warranty supplier chargeback division at Ford Nanjing / China • Warranty Chargeback items with focus on European sourced components • Coordination and support for the Warranty Chargeback process in Asia • Implementation of efficient work streams

• Responsible for the warranty supplier chargeback process (project steering unit) • Monthly reportings to high level managers and vice president • Administration of weekly meetings • Cost calculation, cost managment and forecast
