I am responsible for further developing and implementing the university's internationalisation strategy, together with the Vice Rector of International Relations. I lead a team that administers international university partnerships, scholarship funding programmes and and have oversight of the International Relations budget. I also act as an international representative of the university.

Directorate General for Research and Innovation; Directorate for International Cooperation: Advising on European science and innovation policy development with countries outside the EU Ex-Ante Evaluation for Horizon 2020: preparation of the next EU programme generation in the field of research and innovation – focus: international cooperation. Coordinator of the Southeast European Era-Net (SEE-ERA.NET) Project lead and overall coordination of an EU Framework Programme 6 project with 17 partners from 14 countries; quality assurance, monitoring and financial reporting. Successful bid for national funds and additional EU money (under FP7, ERA-NET+ scheme) raising over €3.5 million. Co-development of a brand-new, multilateral funding scheme for collaboration between researchers and universities.
