In my role as Division Manager of the International Cooperations and Joint Programs Unit at Yildiz Technical University in Istanbul, Turkey, I led efforts to nurture existing partnerships and establish new collaborations with prestigious institutions. I focused on business and partnership development, preparing legal agreements, and writing and advising on EU projects and Erasmus+ initiatives to drive growth and innovation.

-Coordinate all processes for application to EURAXESS HR4R Logo aiming at implementing its procedure, lead other Commission members, develop and implement HR strategy (including gap analysis, action plan etc.), HR marketing/ employer branding - Coordinate the recruitment process of international researchers (consulting in application process including national laws, regulations and institutional rules etc. )

YTU International- International Cooperation and Joint Programs Unit

I managed the study abroad program entitled "Istanbul Civilization Program" of the University of Chicago, which was held in Istanbul. My responsibilities were (but not limited to): managing administrative, planning, scheduling, operational, and diverse programmatic activities; overseeing and managing the program budget; managing relations with public and private sectors and stakeholders; providing guidance; ensuring implementation of policies and practices.
