General Manager for one of our offices in Germany, Mannheim in 2018. There I have managed 15 people, about half of them in the role as project managers, both senior and junior, and half in project support functions, like Quality, HSE, Document controlling and similar. I was not only responsible for our people there, but also for the local company in Mannheim as site manager, before NKT decided to close this site. Therefore I also was fully involved in all closing activities.
