When I joined the team on site with interim contract, after few months from beginning of the project, purchase of materials was not organized, coordination of subcontractors was not working, contractor was generating high costs and losses on the project, so at the beginning it was more of a crisis management role. Since I joined the project, key issues have been resolved, performance/services has been invoiced and invoices are paid regularly, despite problematic liquidity of main Korean investor.
