My role is to lead a team of software developers, cooperate on building of the solution design and solving technical problems and manage the work for entire team.

My role is to cooperate on complex management of company including customer acquisition, project leadership, human resources and other tasks required to run a small company.

My role was to help Start-ups in Flemio to find the optimal, robust, high quality and cost-effective technical solutions for their projects, help them lead the development and production team and teach the idea makers to be able to overtake this responsibilities after the project is fully launched.

My role was to lead a small team of developers and I was responsible for delivering the project on time, in specified budget and with high quality.
