Key responsibilities were: Defining the company’s long term plans; Planning strategies for achieving the desired goals; Involving all employees to participate in the plan; HR management; Communicating with client’s management and executive levels; Overseeing company’s operations; Hosting weekly meetings with team leaders and monthly meetings with all staff; Responsible for 16 people.

Main duties included setting the company’s future course, overseeing its management activities, participating in monthly meetings, approving annual budgets, and reporting to the shareholders.

Responsible for working with corporate clients and various government institutions. Building strong relationships with clients; Defining clients’ needs and devising appropriate methods for realising the orders; Coordinating the company’s internal divisions; Negotiating with subcontractors; Monitoring results and performance; Preparing reports for clients and the company; Participating in departmental disciplinary decisions; Responsible for a six-member team.

Organising orders and monitoring stock availabilities; Negotiating contracts for transportation and handling, supervising and ensuring goods are properly packaged; Obtaining, preparing and checking all necessary documents required to ensure they meet the requirements of the national customs authorities; Purchasing of urgent spare parts from the local market; Organising a timesheet system for all workers associated with the department.
