When I joined the marketing team at emarsys it was my role to set up the project management processes in the team. My role is to manage the constant increase in projects, and to meet stakeholders' expectations and deadlines. I am the main point of contact for all projects and tasks from other departments that require marketing resources. I am also helping members of marketing team in managing their projects and am also managing global content creation.

My focus was the management of projects for our clients: managing projects from kick-off to completion, acting as a liaison between clients, account managers and our team’s designers, developers and marketers, management of expectations of all stakeholders. I also created internet marketing strategies for our clients identifying ways to integrate website functionalities, PPC campaigns, email marketing, social media and other digital marketing methods into their business strategies and marketing campaigns.

First, I was assigned to the development of internal processes for both administrative as well as production activities in the company. When the project was successfully finished, I learned and practiced inbound marketing methodology, PPC strategies, SEO planning as well as further developed copywriting skills. After finishing my internship I successfully acquired Inbound Marketing Strategy Certificate issued by HubSpot.

This small but dynamic digital agency introduced me to guerrilla marketing as well as digital marketing. During my employment I worked on several projects from web page portals to events and guerrilla actions. Since it was only two of us it was expected from me to be well organized, creative and flexible which was a great training for my time management and copywriting skills.

As a part of an undergraduate program my internship took place in one of the best hotels in Zagreb. I worked as a reception assistant most of the time as that department was most interesting to me. Communicating with different people in English, German and Italian as well as managing their expectations and hotel staff was challenging and therefore very exciting.
