Energy audits of local and international companies(Bunge, Mondelez Int, AnhBusch, Nestle), sales of energy saving solutions, initiation, assessment, development of energy saving projects, leading projects on all stages from start to commissioning.

Implementation of energy saving concept – reduction of energy consumption on 20% /mio. Cig.; Energy saving projects: • Central vacuum system installation; Heat recuperation projects, Solid fuel boiler; • HVAC, compressed air, central cooling optimization.

Leading several projects on new technologies implementation in production (with total budget over 50mio.$). Project development on all stages: concept, design, execution, commissioning to state authorities  Prepare and justify Project budgets;  Set up project team;  Manage and coordinate contractors ;  Participation in line qualification, development of Punch list. 

Development of reporting system on maintenance excellence for affiliates, introduction of new KPIs and targets in areas reliability, availability, personnel utilization, spare parts management. Development of new maintenance organization structure on the factories of EE business region. Preparation of WCM workshop for affiliates. Analysis of influence of different types of maintenance on overall equipment efficiency and quality.

Implementation of WCM(TPM) in Kharkiv factory, customization of CMMS(computer maintenance management system) Tabware, Development of maintenance planning and analysis team(2 maintenance analysts, 1 spare parts analyst and 1 planner), supervising planned and preventive maintenance in production, development of maintenance procedures, policies and routines, optimization of production plan with maintenance requirements, participation in equipment installation.

Development of the project, ordering of the machines and parts, supervision of the commissioning, start-up. Support of the factory environmental assessment.
