Subject Expert Matter (SEM) in Purchasing. As SEM I assisted the Purchasing organization in the Business process transformation for moving to S/4HANA. I supported the project team throughout the Define and Design phases of the project by analyzing and optimizing the Procure to pay processes. Business process manager (BPM) and Sub-project lead in an SAP implementation I helped the customer to replace an old legacy system by rolling out the SAP Solution in multiple European countries.

As a project manager for strategic projects my main objective is to ensure that the execution of the business transformation within the company is being followed and on track. Main responsibilities: • Project planning for different internal projects including: - Strategic projects such as Post-merger integration, Business transformation, Win/Loss Analysis - Projects for new product development • Following, reviewing and optimising activities within different teams and different projects;

Managing all contracts, including subcontractor contracts, within the project Coordinating operational procedures, creating document standards and procedures Responsible for project and team activities planning Monitoring and evaluating the team's performance and the project's progress Evaluation and analysis of different tools to complete the customer’s needs Leading workshops Team lead for Purchase to Pay process Responsible for the delivery of several customer developments

Mainly responsible for project management activities by being part of the project management team; Executing on-site SAP projects for clients situated in Germany; Responsible for project planning; Responsible for the optimization of the daily project tasks; Organizing and running workshops for business process modelling, as well as analysis and improvement of the business environment; Monitoring and evaluating the team's performance and the project's progress.

Controlling and optimizing shop orders (SAP F&R); Validating the available quantities on stock; Monitoring the company's shipping and receiving processes; Communicating with the shops over the country; Communicating with the Austria-based shipment department regarding the deliveries in Bulgaria;

Preparing estimates for the production volumes of products from the company's own brands sold in Bulgaria; Monitoring and updating the product data in the internal system; Providing assistance for the implementation of SAP systems within the company; Responsible for the productdata in the system

Assistance to various staff members in connection with the preparation of annual reports, files, weekly reports and annually-published magazines; Handling incoming phone calls, fax and e-mail messages; Preparing of reports; Arranging work travels for all staff members
