Ensured secure, robust infrastructure systems, including DNS, email, VPN, wireless networks, firewalls, & enterprise authentication.

Served as the Tier-2 point of contact for researching, diagnosing, documenting and resolving server, network, database and work station issues. Manning IT Team include 2 members. participate in company project and do Network design and config and also server conflagration.

Provided computer help desk support and technical training on hardware/software to end- users.
