Handles Mobile Operators sales activities in the MENA region. Responsible for managing existing customers in the region, identifying and signing new business opportunities with potential customers. Achieve order book and company level targets as assigned , besides Creating new opportunities as well as manage existing ones in the opcos under the region.

Managing both Operation and Development VAS teams inside Korek Act as a primary player in setting the design, architecture and integration model for any new VAS Messaging service platform within Korek Network. Responsible for launching several new VAS services such as USSD Call Back , Welcome SMS ,MultiVAS solutions ., etc.. Following up on the project plan , and reporting the project progress to the company executives Responsible for evaluating technical RFQs for VAS services

Managing, Accepting and troubleshooting all new VAS services to meet Marketing plans in a short time. Organizing all VAS activities & Communicating with vendor support & project teams for new servers, upgrades, and patches . Responsible for launching , and troubleshooting of all VAS promotions. Ensuring high level of availability for all VAS network elements. Responsible for auditing the VAS system logs and behavior to ensure of system performance.

Responsible for installing, maintaining and trouble shooting new VAS services (SMSC, EtopUp, VoiceSMS, VoiceMail, Mobilist ((USSD), MMS, Video Streaming, etc.) Participating in the MNP ( Mobile Number Portability ) implementation to cope with NTRA plan Responsible for launching and troubleshooting of all VAS promotions (FlyBox, Voicemail free retrieval, I-Phone, USB Modems, etc.) Arranged and Planned the successful IN-Swap integration with all VAS network elements.

Supervising the BSS (Base Station Subsystem) Network elements 24 hours per day and 7 days per week through shifts Monitoring the Network, handling alarms, checking all Network elements, follow all problems in the Network, supervise and piloting maintenance team. Coordinating with all involved teams to put the site on air after the phase of production Checking all out of service network elements through preparing some weekly useful reports and follow up with the responsible team to solve it.
