By December a foundation of account managers have developed into a highly motivated team, that is up and running, while continuesly growing further. With marketing expenses over one million euro per year, we decided to be more focused on the markets needs and opportunities. My insights from my time in costumer support as well as account management sets the foundation to steer our marketing effort and to optimize our return on marketing invest.
