As Head of Advisory, Generative AI at RBC Borealis (Royal Bank of Canada), I act as the link between RBC’s business units and Borealis AI’s technology teams. I develop the generative AI strategy, identify high-impact applications across the bank, secure senior leadership buy-in and funding, and lead cross-functional teams of business developers, researchers, engineers and product managers to build AI solutions. I also ensure alignment with RBC’s responsible AI and risk compliance frameworks.

As an Engagement Manager I focused on enterprise data quality and AI transformations across industries. I helped clients define data and AI strategies—identifying priority domains, capability-building needs, target architecture and data governance—and worked with teams to build proof-of-concepts and implementation roadmaps, moving solutions from prototype to production.

Joined as employee #2 of AlphaSights' Middle East office to grow the business.
