Responsible for consultancy support during the establishment and running of a PreClinical study of a CSF1-Fc-based therapy of liver injury. Knowledge/Experience-based support in regard to regulations and requirements for the establishment of a PreClinical study.

I was responsible for account management, procurement and logistics and the management of a national analytical clinical service, from communication to sales and invoicing (ABS eFinancials). I concerned myself with health and safety compliance, as well as the preparation and facilitation for internal and external auditing, communications, staff and student support, as well as line management.

I was responsible for project management towards the implementation of a pre-clinical safety study. This has involved the management and coordination of a team of 25 active and 33 support staff, organising all national and international contact points for the pre-clinical safety assessment of a medical device.
