Main responsibilities • Business Unit (3 business lines; 8 plants) HR Organization • Performance and Leadership Process Management in direct coordination with IVECO People Development function • Talent Management • Executive and Middle Management Recruitment • Business Unit’s HR yearly budget processing • Training management • Management of the relations with the HR service suppliers

• Industrial Relations (Plant level) management, in continuous collaboration with the HR Industrial Relations Central Function and in coordination with the other main Group’s plants • Labour negotiations at first hand • HR yearly budget processing • Assembling and painting departments personnel management (about 1,600 resources) • Management of the relations with the HR service suppliers. • Participation in the productive area re-qualifying project (World Class Manufacturing) • ISO 9001 and 14001

• Supervision of the judicial dispute resolution with the Bank Business and Private clients • Conduction of the negotiations for the extra-judicial solutions to a dispute • Definition of the Business Plans of “non-performing” debts • Coordination of the activity carried out by external lawyers
