As a Senior Consultant and Trainer, I play a key role in the development of new staff members, assessing performance and providing supportive feedback and coaching to ensure that all work consistently meets our demanding quality and service standards. I also take on and manage complex client orders, rebuilding troubled relationships and establishing trust in our ability to deliver on the client's needs.
