Technical support to the European Lukoil Refineries

Responsible for the performance monitoring & optimisation of the Refinery, reporting to shareholders, contribute to the definition and realisation of budget objectives and investment plans. Manage 8 process engineers and 1 technician

Ensure optimal operation of 3 production units with respect to safety, health, quality & production targets. Take part in HAZOP studies and safety audits, supervise risk assessment and safety compliance of work permits, investigate accidents/incidents reports, take lead of operations during emergency situations. Supervise, train and assess 40 production operators (24/7).

Performance monitoring of production units, energy & utilities networks, identify constraints and make proposals to improve capacity, yields and efficiency, troubleshooting, technical assistance to operations, R&D interface. Feasibility studies, leading multidisciplinary working groups to define scopes, assess process design and modification projects carried out internally or by external engineering companies.

One year experience within a construction project team as Material Manager.
