3 months consulting project as part of the MBA: ~ Research, identify and analyze Management Consulting 4.0. ~ Study management consulting processes and evaluate possibilities to digitize them.

~ Developed, tested and implemented a more complex version of the CRM. ~ Trained all branches' employees, regional managers and other concerned staffs on the CRM. ~ Monitored and analyzed the success of the CRM and its effect on the branches' sales and cross sell ratio. ~ Presented and applied the CRM in different departments in the consumer banking division. ~ Conducted different studies related to the strategic development of the bank.

Created and implemented a Mini CRM for all the branches ( it's a basic CRM system containing the clients' profiles and products as well as a record of all the encounters with each client). ~ Assessed potential locations for new branches and ATMs and presented studies related to the relocation, merger or closure of existing agencies. ~ Set multiple budgets related to products' sales and transactions, monitored the branches’ achievements and provided solutions to problems affecting sales.

~ Restructured and created queries in multiple Databases using Access and SQL. ~ Formed and monitored several telesales campaigns. ~Retrieved and Analyzed reports to study the bank’s evolution in clients and products. ~ Studied and evaluated sales in branches and cross sell ratios as well as transactions made in the bank.

~ Followed up with the call center on several telesales campaigns and extracted daily reports. ~ Analyzed reports concerning the product holding of clients.

~ Conducted research and explored prospective projects to identify sales opportunities. ~ Provided furnishing solutions and negotiated sales contracts amounting up to 3 million dollars. ~ Acquired new business partners and presented Casafekra and its products to interior designers.

Summer internship in the M.I.S. department: ~ Updated sections of multiple databases and assisted in the creation of new ones. ~ Enhanced the efficiency of queries on a business intelligence tool: “Cognos”. ~ Retrieved and formed weekly financial reports in order to track fluctuations in numbers and identify the sources.

~ Handled invoices, receipt, checks. ~ Wrote journal entries. ~ Updated financial statements.
