• Office and Knowledge Management strategy definition • Follow up of the realization of this strategy in the divisions • Lead the project People Efficiency , purpose of this project is to improve the efficiency of the people at workplace • Responsible of the E-mail and Intranet Infrastructure

• Definition of the IS plan in order to give a adapted Information System to this Joint Venture • Deployment of this plan by implementation of SAP R3 (Manufacturing, Finance, Controlling, Sales, EDI, Material Management and Logistic) in order to replace the legacy mainframe (Budget : 1,3 billion yen) • Direct management of the IS operations in Japan • Organization and set up a new communication architecture and network for 9 sites worldwide • Installation of Valeo IT standards and Security rules

• Definition of the IS Branch Strategy and contribution to the IS Corporate Strategy • Integration of new sites (ITT Automotive acquisition) to the Valeo Information System and Standar • Control and coordination of the Divisions Information System in term of projects, budgets and action plans • Direct Management of the IT operations in the European Division • (8 sites, 1 Billion Euros Sales, Management of a 60 persons, IT Budget of 14 million Euros) • SAP R3 Project in Germany I
