- Validation of Supplier components on time vs. proj. milestones - Problem Solving / incidents in projects - Communication several prod. sites and various Project func. - Taking over responsibilites for suppliers ( plastic, electro ) segments as Product Group SQA Engineer - Performing Process Audits( new products, after C1 and Wr incidents, EVAL) - Responsibility for the key indicatiors for region of operation - IS approval, red launch, C3M incidents , Incidents recurrence.

- Coordination of local RO SQA team - Coordination Supplier Quality activities of P1 & P0 projects and support the Proj. Buyer in the communication between the Project Team and the remote PG SQA with the PQA task development - Raise to project team external components with roadblocks and action plan - Assign PG SQA to participate to design review done before supplier nomination - Participation to FDPR & knowledge of componets status (qualified or deviated) & perform pre-analyze with project team

Lead the company through the ISO 9001 and ISO TS certification process -Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization. -Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements. -Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation.

Responsibility for the sufficient quantity and acceptable quality of sorted parts according to the production demand, Improvement of the sorting methods and increase of the detection rate negotiations of non-quality costs, Participation at the process audits together with PQA Auditor, Supervising of the returned NOK parts to the suppliers Responsibility for the quaranteene of production quality and incoming inspection

Managing of the production team of 35 - 40 workers ( 8 production lines), selection of new employees, KOSU reduction, quality and quantity assurance, planning of Kanban production suggestions for improvement of the production process

Searching of suppliers for deferend material, their contacting, costs reduction for deferend material, inspection and evidence of the fixed assets, inspecting the exhaustion of the production budget, support by excursory of daughter businesses companies

Upgrading of the production technologies, participation on projecting of the manufacturing lines, advancing and enhancement of the production processes, contacting of suppliers, process control of the fixed assets and investments in mother company as well as in the externall daughter´s companies ,managing of their evidence, making decisions about technology scraping
