We are a computational physics group driven by a deep curiosity about physics inspired from biological systems. We leverage theoretical and numerical methods from statistical physics, dynamical systems, and computer science to study collective dynamics in living systems. Through our research, we aim to bridge the gap between theoretical predictions and real-world observations, ultimately contributing to a deeper understanding of the physics of life.

• Developed agent-based simulation and data analysis methods (clustering, segmentation and tracking) to study collective migration of malaria parasites. • Developed a stochastic model and optimized model parameters to explain the growth of bio-polymers from a limited pool of monomers. • Formulated a pair cross-correlation analysis for two-color super-resolution microscopy images
