Working as a local IT support for the client, large QSR company. - Diagnose and resolve incidents associated with application software, operating systems and hardware; - Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones and other computer and telecommunications equipment; - Install and support PC, laptop, tablet and mobile hardware and software.

- IT support for English, German and Polish-speaking customers in respect of login/password issues, network connectivity, VPN connection issues, printing problems, and basic Wintel (Windows/Intel) software and hardware issues - Diagnosing and solving technical problems - Providing feedback on the request status

- Assisting the customers by the product set-up - Resolving problems faced by the customers (misuse of a product, incorrect configuration, etc.) - Responding to product information requests (documentation, configuration parameters, etc.) - Documentation translation into Russian and German
