 Interacted with Front/Back office traders and business users to elicit the requirements.  Developed and configured Murex Datamart reports and data warehouse in an Agile environment utilizing a test driven development approach.  Performed data analysis for the issues/data mismatches reported by Front/Back office and downstream applications business users in the reports and then worked with them to enhance the reports.

Migrated 32-bit Cognos 10.1 to the latest 64-bit Cognos 10.2.2 environment. Developed new framework manager data models which enhanced the performance by 25%. Developed standard List and Crosstab report studio reports according to business requirements. Applied performance tuning settings in Cognos which improved performance by 15%.

 Designed and developed a Consumer Insights Dashboard at Global Level for 10 different markets using Survey Data to enhance consumer insights using Qlikview.  Worked with complex data sets (Survey data) to get insights to be presented in the dashboards.  Developed and designed data warehouse using big data technologies (Hive and Pig).  Analyzed data for any data mismatch/exceptions and then changed the code to implement them.

 Developed and modified reports for complex client requirements with respect to logic and appearance.  Performed RCA and delivered the high quality solutions to the clients with in the stipulated time frame.  Provided trouble shooting and diagnostic support at L3 level for Cognos.  Performed Hot Site installations for Code fix issues and Fix Pack installation for the new versions.  Created Knowledge based Articles and submit to the client for the technology references.
