Developed Power BI dashboards to monitor timelines, KPIs, budget allocation, and resource utilisation across global market access programmes, replacing manual leadership tracking processes. Conducted Phase 1 real-world evidence (RWE) analysis on IPF/ILD patient populations in R, lay the foundation for Phase 2 patient-level work. Contributed to a cross-functional AI/Big Data initiative for early detection of IPF/ILD, supporting project strategy alignment and the ERF proposal.

Built interactive Tableau dashboards covering HR metrics including recruiting pipelines, headcount tracking, and organisational structure for the HR Reporting & People Analytics team. Applied Tableau Prep to standardise and validate HR data feeds across multiple source systems, improving consistency and readiness for downstream reporting. Designed KPI definitions and calculated fields to improve dashboard interpretability and analytical relevance for HR stakeholders.

Worked on pharmacy claims processing systems for a US healthcare client (Express Scripts) across Point-of-Sale and Adjustments modules, using DB2 and Teradata data warehouse environments. Developed and enhanced SQL queries to support claims data processing and pricing logic, including impact analysis on large-scale datasets. Implemented code and database updates for reimbursement rules covering co-pay, out-of-pocket, and patient-pay calculations.
